Launched in 2017 at the prestigious The New Art Gallery Walsall, "Through Sweat, Tears and Triumphs - reflections on the African Caribbean Presence in Walsall" is the 2nd and updated edition in this series. 

In collaboration with our publisher Marcia M Spence
Publishing House and our key sponsor Walsall Housing Group (Whg )  we are pleased to bring you our most recent title from the Walsall African Caribbean Black History Project (WACBHP).

This updated version includes new images, information, insights and two additional chapters - firstly, "Walsall's Black Pioneers and Organisations" and secondly a "Summary of from five years to a lifetime.".

This includes notable Walsall firsts and honourable mentions and explores 2 organisations which emerged in Walsall.
